Recycling Policy for Purchased Unique Content

Any purchased content that remains inactive for a minimum period of 90 days will be considered eligible for recycling. "Inactive" means the content has not been used, accessed, or engaged with by the purchaser within this timeframe. Once the 90-day inactivity period is met, the content may be recycled and made available again in the community store for other users to purchase or access.

This policy helps to ensure that valuable resources remain available and accessible to the wider community, promoting a dynamic and active content ecosystem.

FAQ

Please ensure you follow these steps in order to apply your package purchase to your account in-game.. 

1. First, if you dont already have a CFX account for FiveM, you will need to create one and Link it to the SteamID you intend to play on.
   
   
2.  Then, log into the BigCityRP store with the same CFX (FiveM) account that you previously created & linked to your SteamID.

       3. Lastly, insure you have signed into the FiveM client with the correct CFX (FiveM) account that you made your purchases under.

       4. after you have completed the purchase of your package, locate the tbx-ID and head over to our discord and open a ticket and provide this ID and what you purchased..

If you already have a cfx account, then simply click the login button found above the welcome message before purchase.
